Topaz - How do i edit a file?

I got the Topaz tag extractor, and I extraced the tag files I want to use. I then tried to open that file with fear. Fear started, but every folder was completely empty. I must be an idiot, and you helpful people must be getting sick of helping me already, but I would really appreciate some assistance here. Sorry for posting so many of my problems. I can't thank you guys enough for the help you've already given me. Thanks to all of you.

Did you extract the tag(s) to the proper folder(s) in your local ??
