Coop campaign
Coop campaign
Is it possible to play the main campaign (the one that come with the game) in coop? If it is, how?
Re: Coop campaign
Just host a game online, and in the multiplayer game config area, choose 'Single Player Levels'. That's all there is to it.
Re: Coop campaign
here's a noob question... do you get the intro screens and the leadup to the levels just like in single player mode?
I'm trying to get my fiance into the game and it would be great if we could get the story as well.

Re: Coop campaign
Thanks for the answer, but I tried... And there is just one player controling all the soldiers and the other just watching... am I doing something wrong?
Re: Coop campaign
Oh... Do you mean that we can't do a campaign in LAN but just online? Because what I say is in lan...
Re: Coop campaign
Both, select a unit and hit \ to give it to another player. (The button under delete). As for the story screens, you're currently out of luck.Eldar wrote:Oh... Do you mean that we can't do a campaign in LAN but just online? Because what I say is in lan...

The Myth Starter Guide might be useful for you if you have other questions.
Re: Coop campaign
Unfortunately, you don't get the cutscenes or journal entries.deadman wrote:here's a noob question... do you get the intro screens and the leadup to the levels just like in single player mode?

As a work around, you can use this site to view them between levels:

Re: Coop campaign
Or you could just play through Solo mode and watch the cutscenes
Re: Coop campaign
...or you can use my old plugin: http://tain.totalcodex.net/items/show/myth-ii-narrated
.... tho you will miss pregame pictures - which are great - so watching regular narrations or proper videos on youtube before starting each coop level still would be best idea
