Jon! The God! Wow, man. That image collection.
Many people don't/won't tie-in, but serious history there. Stuff that was kinda "big deal" in the days, like that Rocky Mountain map and a few others. Memories, for sure. Good ones.
One thing: "Sir Mauriac's Tale" was possibly the very best 3rd party solo ever released for Myth 1. Almost better than Bungie solo! Incredible game-play. Still remember the great time with "Green Eggs and Ham" as a SMT episode. Hell of a map.
But whomever it was that created "World’s Ultimate Bungie Software Myth Maps Collection"...

...didn't leave an e-mail or ID that I can find. Must say, has to be the top professional assembly of Myth and Marathon ever made. Had to have taken a very long time. Maybe the guy who died did it? No idea.
Waste of time looking for e-mail. Did read this, though:
"Best Ways to Contact a Creator Is to Post a Review/Comment: Leave a review on the specific item's page. This is the primary way to trigger a notification to the uploader's account. Check Metadata: Sometimes creators put contact information (website, username) in the description or metadata of the item."
Interesting. Seems you should get somewhere, being God and all.
