Unable to patch the game

Dear gentlemen,

I have installed the Myth 2 iso successfully to default C drive location and proceeded as per readme file instrutions as well as information I found on installation thread but to no avail.
I am attaching a screenshot of a error.

Kindly advise me how to resolve this issue as I would very much like to play this classic again.
