Great plug, I've had a ton of fun playing it. The different units each give their own flavour that makes AvA quite unique for a WW2 based plug.

Axis vs Allies (AvA) is more what a regger would like ww2 to be.

Instead of having the one base unit like ww2 however, AvA has a mixture of 8 (or is it 9? heh) units that have their own unique abilities that make AvA great fun.

AvA introduces some basic tactics to the ww2 enviroment, laying minefields/claymores, matching your units up against theirs on flanks (or not!) and the way some units excel at long range or vice versa adds to the strategy.

If you have played ww2 themed plugins that weren't Recon or Combat before (Special Forces for example) this is a far more polished/simplistic version of it.

Wonder how many people I annoyed with this review...
