The Tain

For taking a standard Bungie mesh and making it something special I applaud you (even if it is 11 years after the fact). I've played this with four people in a friendly setting and the unique unit set is a treat. The star of this plugin is the Storm Wizard. What an excellent unit, and much more fun---tactically speaking---than Bungie's warlock unit. Another bonus of this map is the fact that it triggers the Jon God high resolution color map detail textures, I guess because it's based on Ermine. Black Bat Forest is an example of thoughtful, intelligent, lean unit selection that makes for extremely interesting and fun gaming. Thanks, Anonymous!

Thought I'd give this a try with some of the old-time geezers afoot. Glad I did. As the other reviewer said, it's kind of crazy that an old, tired map like this could live so well again. Those new units are fit.
