No Confusion Warlocks

All this plugin does is force all warlocks to be net warlocks, and if a Warlock Hero is placed on a map, it’s replaced with a net warlock hero with ring of fire.

This should for for any net map, unless someone is using custom tags, and if they are, and kept confusion locks, they are insane.

I got this idea from Adrenaline’s TFFA tourney in 2024.
