Re: 1.8 beta 2 crashing
Thanks for the reply, punkUser. According to Windows Update, it looks like the drivers are all up to date (although I'm not sure how to check the graphics driver specifically). Here's my attempt to launch Myth and try to play Willow Creek: 2013-05-18 21:03:54 Myth II Build 420 running under Modern W...

1.8 beta 2 crashing
Hello, just installed 1.8 public beta 2. Unfortunately, it crashes whenever I try to play a game. Here's a crashlog -- any idea what's going on? 2013-05-18 18:46:52 Myth II Build 420 running under Modern Windows 6.000000 ---------------------------------------------- Loading poweruser.txt... not fou...

Myth lags when I host and a player drops
Like the subject says, when I'm hosting, Myth will suddenly freeze for about 5-10 seconds before telling me that a player has dropped. This happens every time someone drops. To be honest, I don't remember when this started happening, but I've finally decided to say something and see if anyone has an...

Re: Myth2_171.dmg fails to mount
Thank you Myrd, works like a charm!
And yeah, I really should upgrade to Tiger, just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Myth2_171.dmg fails to mount
When I double-click on Myth2_171.dmg, it fails to mount and says "no mountable file systems." I tried re-dling and got the same error. Does anyone know what I should do? (I have Mac OS 10.3.9 on a G4 PPC processor.)

Re: controlling a myrk that's in rage
Another interesting thing about Krid rage: if you space-bar a Krid before he goes crazy, he'll just stand there and refuse to attack anything. I'm not sure if that trick still works.

"Standard" unit bug
There's a bug on Divide, Dorfball, and Keep (Assassin gametype). Sometimes you get "standard" brown units. I've seen other weird mixups, like the unit taking on the other team's color or turning a weird shade of green. The similarity between these 3 maps is that there are different units t...

I'm hugely in favor of including the PRASP maps in 1.7 because I'd like to see them played more often. For some reason, these great maps are never played. I think most of them are small, so they could easily be crammed into a new update and hopefully freshen things up. Including other maps (Sleepy H...

Thanks for your post, haravikk! I'm afraid I wasn't very clear on this: these attacks aren't strictly melee attacks, they're just really short-ranged projectiles. What I want is for these short-range attacks to be initiated with T instead of a click (and instead of pressing T, followed by a click),...

Hello, helpful and handsome sers. I want to make a zerk with a different attack for each of his 3 attack animations. Each of these attacks should be initiated by hitting T (like a wight's special) instead of clicking on the enemy. The two attacks using the overhand chop animations should be avoidab...
